There is a book called Eat This, Not That!, on the New York Times Best sellers list. It is really interesting because it shows you what to eat and what not to eat at all the popular resturants with some real surprising results. We all know eating out is hardly ever a good die decision, so this shows you kind of the lesser of to evils. If you want the book, you can get it at Amazon for $10.95 or check the website above for all the info. On the website checkout the drinks tab, it shows interesting choices for different juices.
Above is a video tribute of Pres. Gordon B. Hinkley. News of his passing came with sadness first then joy for this great man's life. He will truly be missed. I loved his faith, kindness, unbelievable work ethic, humor and wit. I began to believe he would never stop traveling all over the world. He just seemed to keep going and going and at his age that is amazing. He acomplished so much for the church with all the temples built under his direction and bringing it into the media in a positive way. He was a great man of God with an unwavering testimony of Jesus Christ.
Below is a a Google Earth map of the area between Green River and Moab with emedded pictures from our ride on the Kokopelli trail back in October. I uploaded these pictures to Panoramio.com and tagged them to the correct location in Google Earth so that anyone on Google Earth has access to view these picture in the location where they were taken. There are also pictures tagged to the area around my house, my dad's and our place in Bear Lake.
